Instructions:  Anyone wanting to volunteer in Champaign Schools must complete a Volunteer Application as well as submit to a background check.  Forms should be completed and dropped off at the school.  They can also be emailed to the Volunteer Coordinator, Amy Lamb:  lambam@u4sd.org
