Throughout the year, the Kenwood PTA coordinate multiple fundraisers to help fund many events and activities. Some of these events include:
- Carnival
- Teacher Grants
- Reading Night
- Red Ribbon Week

Amazon Smile is a program that donates 0.5% of your eligible purchases to charitable organizations . Want to help out the Kenwood PTA? Go to http://smile.amazon.com and select “Kenwood PTA”. It is the Champaign, IL location. In order for us to receive the 0.5% you will need to go through http://smile.amazon.com each time.
Each school year we encourage the Kenwood students to collect box tops and submit them to the PTA. We also hold contests for the class(es) that can bring in the most. Click here for more information.

Max Dollars for Education is a school fundraiser through County Market. If you sign up for Max Cards for Education, the better chance Kenwood Elementary School has at receiving a $1,000 or $5,000 check! Read more and sign up here.

Yankee Candle Online Fundraiser goes until January 11, 2018. Just visit http://www.yankeecandlefundraising.com/ and use the group number 999976171. Online orders ship directly to wherever you would like them shipped. Anyone can order, you don’t have to live in Illinois to support our school! Spread the word to friends and family! Remember, 40% of your order will go to Kenwood, so even small orders will have big payoffs!

Kenwood Flamingo Flocking Form
We continue to fund-raise for new playground equipment for our newly renovated school. We have many ways to assist in raising funds- like Flamingo Flocking as well as a Milk Jug coin collection contest for the students. We have some ways to go and would like your help reaching our goal. Check out our Playground fundraising page for more information and to donate.
On a designated day every other month the Kenwood PTA hosts a fundraiser with a local restaurant. Individuals who participate in the fundraiser present a flyer when paying and Kenwood PTA receives a portion of the food bill.
