We’re celebrating Healthy Lifestyles along with the National PTA. This month we’re encouraging you and your family to choose foods that will provide the proper nutrition and increase energy levels and activities that will get you up and going. As parents, we understand how crunched for time we can be but starting with small consistent changes can help build a foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
